New Godzilla game coming to PS4; 'Godzilla VS'

Holy Shit-snacks! THAT IS AWESOME! PS4 made and already badass game even more badass! Well its settled, I need to buy a PS4.

With Space Godzilla being announced, we now have the entire Heisei line of kaiju.

Well, except for Mecha-King Ghidorah, Rodan, Battra, M.O.G.U.E.R.A., and Godzilla Junior.

A new... flippin'... GAME?!?!?!?!

Holy smokes, two games, two movies... I'm just waiting to wake up and find out its still 2011. XD

^Thats what I thought at first, but they are using the phrase "new title" in the story.  Sure looks like a new game to me.

But click the link in Duratok's second post and scroll down some of Godzilla The Game's replies. Seems to imply it's an add on. Unless what Duratok posted is two completely different things which, if that's the case, is really convenient timing.

Hope you're right though. Might be the push I need to finally pick up the PS4.

The video clip is from the Godzilla game already out.  It looks like it was posted by the Godzilla The Game FB page to simply tease the kinds of battles we can expect from a multiplayer version, which "Godzilla VS" appears to be.  I could be wrong, but that's what it looks like to me!

Godzilla VS. is the same thing as the overseas PlayStation 4 release coming to the U.S. in July. It's more of an expansion than a new game.

^Ahh.. that makes sense.  Hey, at least its someting new for us all to enjoy!  Color me excited!

If I ever had any doubts about finally upgrading to PS4 this year, this announcement has gotten rid of them. This release sounds like it will live up to the potential the PS3 version showed at first. This game and Earth Defense Force 4.1 are definitely the first games I'll be picking up once I get my PS4.

This is awesome! I'm so glad they're doing this! 

I'm still waiting for my dear Orga to be included in the game though. >.>

I'm saving up now for a PS4...
