After a fairly quiet decade, Godzilla finally stepped back into the spotlight this year to reign in the 60th anniversary. Legendary's Godzilla rocked the box office and put Godzilla pack on the map as a respectable movie icon. The King is back and with 2 sequels planned, Godzilla's popularity will only continue to grow, as will this website.

Thank you for making this amazing thread Chris!

My favirote moment from Godzilla (2014) was Godzilla's first scene, his presence resonate's through your brain and you just feel like your in the presence of a super natural being although your not.

Godzilla's tsunami and the flare's showing the sense of scale is just incredible to me.

Good grief.

85's city rampage scenes were the best. I liked the homage to Godzilla 1985 in the new movie where it pans up to reveal him roaring.

Happy birthday Godzilla!!! My top five favorite moments in Godzilla (2014) are:

(5. When the Male Muto hatched from the cocoon.

(4. When Godzilla appeared in Haiwaii.

(3. When the Mutos and Godzilla fought in San Francisco.

(2. When Godzilla first used his Atomic Breath against the Female Muto

(1. The infamous Kiss of Death.

Can't wait to hear other people's favorite moments!

My favorite moment from the classics is probably either the scene where Mr. Shindo and Godzilla have that quiet moment in Godzilla vs. King Ghidorah, or Orga's reveal in Godzilla 2000.

My fvorite moment in the new film is when the Mutos finally meet and touch beaks/noses, and also when Godzilla and Ford lock eyes. Oh! And also the Hawaii scene!

Best scene from the classics is in Godzilla vs King Ghidorah when Godzilla blasts the man who knew him in the building xD. (Thats probably cruel.)

Good grief.

My favorite scene was the male MUTO hatching from the cacoon. The following sequence just had amazing cinematography. Watching the cables extend over him the actors all of it was done so well.

Second is probably the Godzilla reveal in Hawaii. It's very fun and nostalgic but for some reason the MUTO hatching just stays in my mind more.

As for a favorite scene in the series. I don't know if I can name one, maybe a top 5 but there's not really one alone that trumps every other for me

Its hard to believe my hero is 60 years old.  Godzilla has made me the person I am today, and has effected my life in the most profound of ways.  I hope and pray the next decade of his existance is his most fruitful and impactful yet.

Happy birthday Godzilla! My favorite sence from the classics was when Godzilla broke

out of the valcano in godzilla vs Biollante, it was awesome!

sence from the new movie was Godzillas first Roar in the airport sence.

it showed the Godzilla was back, and he wanted everyone to know it to!

Happy Birthday Godzilla.... Wait whats wrong, you look a little angry?

Remember that chap, I forget his name, he climbed Everest without any oxygen, came down nearly dead. They asked him, they said, "Why did you go up there to die?" He said, "I didn't, I went up there to live."
