84 is very week compared with heisei godzilla, besies battra is faster, has more beam power, and is almost bascily imortal, if he dies the earth would create another one

in 89 Godzilla fought Biollante. Since this was before he got buffed up it's safe to assume he had the same power as G84. So if he could stand up to Biollante arguably one of the strongest monsters in the series, he'd have no problem wrecking Battra.
