Tricephalon should've been in a Godzilla movie? I think he should.(BTW,Tricephalon is the silver monster)

No, because we're already getting King Ghidorah. Judging by the fact that Ghidorah has three heads and the look of the tricephalon figure, my best guess is that this was a substitute for him, since the toymakers couldn't get the rights to him.
