(the number of movies Mothra has been in is too dang high!)
Mothra is a giant Moth that lived in the late Precambrien Era. Most of you guys would think that Mothra would already be teamed up because of my Rodan topic but actually this Mothra lived on an Island that was bigger than any island in Hawaii along with a few other monsters. Being isolated from Godzilla and the Muto's Mothra didn't need that many ways to attack and defend itself. Instead Mothra is increadibly smart to the point of chimpanzee intellegence. She relies on outsmarting opponents to survive like flying high in the air or flying out to sea and then circle around back. The life of Mothra is pretty easy but there is not a lot of them. Mothras can only give birth at the last part of the adualts life because Mothra has to form the egg its entire life since there are no sexes so all Mothras are females. The last Mothra alive was an egg that was laid before the Precambrien Extinction and was worshipped by a tribe of humans that descovered the egg and saw inside the egg and an entire religon around Mothra. The lead priest of Mothra were two twin girls who made their fellow humans starve to death just to worship the Mothra larva. Eventually Mothra hatched but not until Rodan almost kills her by peking at the egg since there is radiation in it and then Mothra awakens. After that Mothra eventually spins her cacoon and takes a month before she emerges as adult Mothra. Mothra larva defend themselves by having a stinger that injects a small painfull poison and can shoot silk from its mouth. The adult version developes more and then keeps the stinger but the poison becomes stonger, she can light up her attenas to where it makes a blinding light allowing her to escap, and her final attack is the losing of scales which are sharp and are coated in her natural poison.
WHat do you guys think?Sorry for this long read but it is an origin at least. I took your guys advice and made this origin more of an origin and less as a moves list. Here are the two votes. Also what do you guy think of the way I included the Mothra twins. It's wired but its not the first time there was a human tribe living on an isolated island. At least they are dead so there isn't a boring subplot of the humans trying to be more civilized.

MemberMothra LarvaeJul-28-2014 3:06 PMI prefer that an old Mothra decided to rest on infant island after the atomic tests there, she saved the islanders by absorving the radiation and they started to worship her for saving them
