I don't know, SpaceGoji technically is immortal like Biollante, only he's more potent because he's more Godzilla than her, plus he singlehandedly took on M.O.G.E.R.A. & Godzilla at the same time, and mind you this Godzilla was a more powerful version of the one that could singlehandedly take on Biollante. I think it's safe to say that Biollante doesn't stand a chance against SpaceGoji. Neither can die really, but, you know.......

I'd have to say Spacegodzilla.

Id say biollante, every time she dies she comes back stronger, and is bacicly imortal, and as oposed to space godzilla she seems to be able to regenerate very quikly

Spacegodzilla. He can fly shoot corona which is the hottest thing known to man kind! He can use his shield to protect and deflect against projectiles! plus he has telekinesis. He needed mogura and godzilla to stop him.
