1998 Zilla--vs--Final Wars Zilla: Comparison

The Final Wars movie made their own version of the American 1998 Zilla, but how do the two creatures compare to each other? Are they truely equals or not? Let's find out.

American Zilla (1998)

Height: 180'

Combat Behavior: Doesn't like frontal assaults, prefers to find a way to sneak up to an enemy's side or back to attack.

Abilities: Can run at 480 kilometers per hour; adept swimmer; reproduces asexually; burrowing ability; extraordinary jumper; great agility; able to exhale a naturally produced flammable gas from its mouth.

Japanese Final Wars Zilla (2004)

Height: 295'

Combat Behavior: Prefers frontal assaults when about to battle an enemy.

Abilities: Can run at 480 kilometers per hour; adept swimmer; burrowing ability; great agility; extraordinary jumper; breaths an acid fire breath from its stomach.

Accuracy: Physically the two are identical, save for the coloration. FW Zilla is a grey colored beast who's 295' tall. The American Zilla is a brown colored with a blue underbelly and is 180' tall. Honestly the fire breath of the FW Zilla is more impressive than the American Zilla's flammable breath. However, the biggest difference between the two is the behavior. Among the big complaints to the 1998 Zilla is her knack for not doing a frontal attack like Gojira, but uses sneak attacks pretty much in the whole movie. Considering how weak of a hide both Zillas have, running and hiding to do a sneak attack and not doing a frontal asault is a smart move. Look at wolves or raptors (from the dinosaur times), they didn't attack at the front of their larger prey, but the sides knowing they were too weak to survive a frontal assault against their stronger prey.

American 1998 Zilla--vs--Japanese 2004 Zilla: FW Zilla would give chase to the smaller 1998 Zilla, but the American Zilla would soon try to loose her Japanese counterpart. Once out of sight she'd lunge for the neck/side of the Japanese Zilla. Once she's got a good hold there the 2004 Zilla would die. If for some reason she failed in her sneak attack, the Japanese Zilla could finish her off thanks to being bigger and stronger.
