I never really saw Godzilla that scary, but there was one Godzilla I thought looked pretty horrifying is the one from the movie Always Sunset On Third Street 2

Godzilla 1954 and Godzilla 1955 always creeped me out alot, and GMK Ghost Godzilla was a truly terrifying beast!
