Is this SH Monster Arts Godzilla 1968???

So I found this photo and I wondered if they are making a SH MA G1968 figure.

as you can see it has all the seams just like the other SH monster arts figures and Its deffinitely not G 1964 because its toes look much more rounded and not as pointy.

and its also half painted I guess for a tease maybe.

Unless this is via an official source, it looks more like a fan-modification to the pre-existing '64 figure.

Wow, nice find. I am not sure if they are making a 68 figure but it sure looks like it. Like Kyorah16 said, it could be fan made.
