I would have to say GMK, he's just so awesome, the white eyes, and all that. But if not that then Godzilla 1954.

Godzilla- Final Wars, 2000, 90's and 1954.

Other monsters- Mothra, King Ghidorah, Anguirus, Rodan, and Mechagodzilla.
