I have a ton, but my favorite scene is Orga's introduction in Godzilla 2000. When he appears behind his damaged UFO all deformed, while an evil Godzilla theme plays. Chilling. :)

Ooh and also,

When King Kong is force feeding Godzilla a tree from King Kong vs Godzilla.

Both fights between Godzilla, Mothra and Battra in Godzilla vs Mothra: Battle for Earth.

And Mothra and Battra's transformations into adulthood in Godzilla vs Mothra: Battle for Earth.

Godzilla vs king gidorah 91 gidorah took place of godzilla'and we get the 1st look of godzilla when he walks on land near the light house. You get a zoom up on his face, the original godzilla score playing, and he's moving so slow it's like slowmotion, but you realize it's not till he roars. Then he walks by a farm, and the cows are like 0_0 what the fu#$!

How could I forget this scene?

Like others have said, there are so many scenes I liked, but I'll just focus on two:

-The scene where Serizawa descend into the ocean on his one-way trip to kill Godzilla with the oxygen destroyer. The expression on his face, even if you can only see his eyes, was priceless.

- The end of Godzilla vs Destroyah, when through the smoke, you hear the roar and and fully-grown Godzilla Jr. Majestic.
