They're already tough enough to take on bears over 10 times their own size, and buffing that up to Kaiju-proportions would just make them nearly untouchable. Except by Godzilla, obviously! Especially my 10km tall version in my own Kaiju universe, but that's a story for the future generations of Kaiju fans. When I'm really old and Godzilla is reaching his 100th anniversary.

But anyway, I would choose a huge sauropod like Brachiosaurus or Argentinasaurus. Just imagine how big that thing would be! Even Godzilla would have trouble taking that thing down.
