Here is a fun example of just how different someone can look from different lighting alone, as we can tell, the Brazil photo is a fully illustrated, close up of Godzilla's face, from a down angle. Very Myspace-picture-esque. Ever notice how skinny we look from that perspective? Lighting is friendlier, makes us look more approachable.
Ever notice how embarrassing pictures where we look angry and mean are usually ones taken of us by family members, mostly at down angles. We tend to look fatter, less approachable, so on and so forth.
I dare everyone to look at pictures of people from different perspectives and lighting. Don't assume just because one Godzilla on a magazine vs the Godzilla design that is on all the toy boxes look different, that they are. They look entirely the same to me, just different angles.
Regardless, I doubt anyone will assume I'm right, as I can tell most everyone hated the Brazil design, so it must obviously be fake. But until I've seen the CGI Godzilla rendered at that exact angle (no the first trailer doesn't count because it is a different angle) I'm going to assume it is the final design-- regardless of how much people hate it. It is all over the boxes, Bandai is not going to use the same image over and over if it is just hogwash falsehood BS.
Just some food for thought. Feel free to tell me how wrong I am.
