did the hesei series really suck?

okay so idont wanna sound like starting to sound like im a die hard hesei series fan boy, but did it really suck that bad? dont get me wrong Space godzilla sucked and mothra was pretty weak personally. honestly though i think hesei was the best.

hesei godzilla series

showa era ( except godzillas revenge, and megalon)

and millennium

PS godzilla 2000 and GMK were probaly 2 best of the whole sereis.
