I reckon Kaiser Ghidorah from the end of Final Wars is the most powerful besides the big G. Kaiser Ghidorah pretty much killed Godzilla and drained all his energy. Destroyah is up there too.

I agree with Deadite Kaiju, Kaiser Ghidorah pretty much beat Godzilla and won.
