Ok I've never done a discussion like this, and hadn't planned to really. However, I find it to be a cool match to imagine. Personally, I think Destoroyah would kill Slattern, but I can be wrong. I agree that Destoroyah would decimate Slattern, he may be powerful but Destoroyah is born from the weapon that killed the first Gojira and basically is death. He managed to nearly take out Godzilla at full meltdown power, so in my eyes Slattern has little chance

DESOTOROYAAAAHHHHH by a long shot, it doesn't matter how durable Slattern is, one slash of the Horn Katana will slice him in half, while Slattern couldn't possibly hurt DESOTOROYAAAAHHHH!!!!
