Wow what a busy day. I was out for most of the afternoon so I missed the party. Apprently a few members signed up with "official" names, impersonating Legendary Pictures themselves. The two users who posted topics claiming a number of facts about the Godzilla 2014 were NOT TRUE. They were attempting to troll and many of you, from the replies I just finished reading found out pretty quickly.
Ever since Godzilla (2014) began production, we've been a premiere source for news, info and discussion. Climbing up the popularity ladder doesn't come without its share of those attempting to bring us down however. A couple other forums, which I won't mention, seem to host individuals who slander us for no apparent reason. While other people attempt to sign up and troll our forums, in hopes to diminish our credibility.
First off, some of these slanderers are actually basing their opinions of our credibility on YOUR forum discussions. Thinking that a topic started by any one of you is an informational update by our site as a whole. Either they're retarded or just dont understand what a forum is, but NEWS is information and updates which we, the staff post - while FORUM TOPICS are anything from debates to speculative opinions. They should not be considered one in the same, and those who somehow think we're "not credible" are basing these accusations on the contents of fan-submitted theories, NOT the actual news which we post - which our credibility is determined by.
Secondly, the trolls which signed up today were not who they said they were. Some nerds were bored and decided to try and get a rouse out of you and I hope they didn't cause any confusion. Again, they were only able to create FORUM TOPICS, so their claims were NOT supported by Godzilla-Movies.com, but nonetheless, they still promoted their content in a non-speculative manner, trying to fool you into believing their bullshit.
I want to apologize to anyone who may have been fooled by their claims and I would like to remind and encourage you all to stay up to date with actual news andupdates through our Godzilla News Archive, HERE, which is managed by the staff and I.
Thanks to those who alerted us staff of the trolls today, we appreciate your help. In the future, if you see a forum post that doesn't sit well with you, you can "report" that reply by clicking the REPORT button beside the corresponding post.

Cheers everyone, now let's get back to the normal Godzilla discussions and no more false claims.

But yeah guys, unfortunately we don't know if a member is a troll or not until they act. I've banned all 3 accounts, the two "Official Godzilla bla bla bla" and the "Legendary Pictures" account. Hopefully they take the hint and leave the forum alone. But you know, some people like that, they're sad, little people with nothing better to do. Normally they can be from other sites who are trying to discredit us. Or they can just be abunch of bored losers. Either or, they are annoying.
The staff and I will be keeping an eye out. I was away formost ofthe day, so I was late getting to the party, haha. But anyone now, who posts topics, claiming to have insider info - unless they provide a source, or some form of authentication, they'll be immediately banned.
It's not fair to you guys to read such crap and get your hopes up, or down.
