Toho Global are making big moves! Not only are they exclusively handling the distribution of Godzilla Minus Zero themselves in North America, but they're also setting up a new headquarters in the UK for their European branch of the company. According to Deadline, the studio is also purchasing Anime Limited:

Tokyo-based Toho Global and Munich-based Plaion will become “preferred partners” in Europe through a strategic alliance.
Toho are looking to take a bite out of the European anime market which brought in $4.77 billion last year, a figure that is expected to rise near $9.05 billion by 2030. This also positions Toho well for maximizing distribution and marketing for their own films, of which Godzilla will be a main focus. Through their recent acquisitions and partnerships, Toho have expanded their presence and reach across the U.S., UK, Italy and Germany.
