The 65th anniversary year already includes the world wide Netflix debut of Godzilla: The Planet Eater & the long awaited release of Godzilla: King of the Monsters, but Toho has even more planned.
On March 10th, 2019, the 1st Annual Godzilla Certification Exam will be held for fans in Tokyo & Osaka. Both exams include multiple choice questions taken from the "Godzilla Official Exam Text" book. The beginner level exam focuses on the original Godzilla (1954) and Shin Godzilla. The intermediate level exam covers the entire series. Beginner level admission is $44.46, Intermediate is $53.36.
Fans who pass the exam will earn an official certificate and limited edition merchandise will be available at exam locations.
