Takashi Yamazaki is back in the director's chair, currently filming the next live action Toho Godzilla movie and follow-up sequel to his award-winning, record-breaking Godzilla Minus One! This weekend marked the beginning of filming for the Godzilla Minus One sequel, with many extras being employed for a variety of undisclosed roles.
The Godzilla Minus One sequel will follow on from the first film and will include additional monsters – not just Godzilla! Toho have also awarded Yamazaki a much larger budget for the sequel, after the last entry performed so well.
As production continues, we will be sure to keep you updated. Currently no release date has been set, nor has an official title been given to the highly anticipated sequel, but that is sure to change soon!
