Takashi Yamazaki's Godzilla Minus One sequel will be filming in Kasama City, Japan this week! Having started this past Friday, filming continues into next week. A casting call for extras, with specific features (translated to English) was published, outlining filming dates and locations:

[Restrictions on hairstyle and hair color, and advance request for size information] All performers must dress appropriately for the period setting. Due to historical accuracy and the need for hair, makeup, and costumes, we ask that you submit a photo of your current hairstyle and hair color when submitting your application. We also ask for your height, measurements, and shoe size.
Please note: Hair Color and Length : Men: Black hair (gray hair, shaved heads, and natural brown hair are acceptable) - Short hair preferred. Women: Black hair (gray hair and natural brown hair are acceptable) - Hair length long enough to tie up preferred. Even if your hair color does not fall under the above criteria at the time of application, you may still apply if you are willing to dye it black yourself if selected.
You can sign up for a chance to be an extra here!
