Scified would like to welcome you to the first article in a new series of weekly summaries for the Godzilla fandom. Each weekend, Scified will provide you with an article, like this one, that briefly describes all of the Godzilla related news from that particular week. Without further ado, let's jump into the inaugural Godzilla news recap.
ZEN by Kyoden has revealed a new pair of hand-painted Godzilla jeans. Each pair will cost approximately $297 and are currently available for pre-order from the Godzilla Store and other Japanese retailers.



TOHO has announced the founding of the world's second Godzilla Store. The new store will be located in Osaka and will open later this fall.
The first figure from the new S.H.MonsterArts X Monster Hunter collab has been revealed. While not specificly "Godzilla," the figure line is still well-known enough within the fandom to warrant a feature. The figure is based on the monster Nargacuga from the game. Included with the figure will be an alternate damaged tail, charging tail, and angry head piece. More information about the figure will become available next month.




Lastly, Diamond Select Toys has unveiled a new Mothra vs. Godzilla Legends in 3D Bust. The bust statue will stand at approximately 10" tall and will be limited to 1,000 pieces. You can pre-order it now from various retailers for roughly $175 with an August release date.
