The Godzilla franchise is notorious for reviving defeated monsters in robotic form, or constructing cyborg replicas based on monsters to combat Godzilla. Mechagodzilla, Mecha-King Ghidorah and even King Kong was given the "Mecha" treatment, so it was only a matter of time before someone attempted to create a mechanized MUTO and that's exactly what Joseph Diaz did. Below is a phenomenal piece of Godzilla fan art depicting the Monsterverse / Legendary Godzilla facing off against Mecha-MUTO!
Of all the Mecha-Monsters created within the Godzilla cinematic universe, this Mecha-MUTO actually looks like it could work - design wise. Would you like to see a mechanized MUTO variant ever enter the Monsterverse? Let us know your thoughts in the comments section below!
