It is official! The sequel to Gareth Edwards' 2014 film Godzilla, Godzilla: King of the Monsters, directed by Michael Dougherty will be rated PG-13. Just like Edwards' original, the Legendary and Warner Brothers produced monster flick will be appropriate for both adults and children when the film arrives in theaters next year.
MPAA have classified the film as Sci-Fi Action, with a PG-13 rating due to sequences of monster action violence and destruction, and for some language.
