Last night, Godzilla was unleashed in Hollywood for the Godzilla 2014 world premiere black carpet event. Many high profile celebrities showed up to the event including a few rockstars; Slash and Gene Simmons! Of course, the entire cast for Godzilla was also present along with screenwriter Max Borenstein and director Gareth Edwards. The event was a massive success, with attendees praising the return of the King of the Monsters. Godzilla was a hit. But, there was alot more to this event than just celebrity photos and a screening of Godzilla. Legendary decked out the "Aftermath Afterparty" with decorations similar to that of last year's "Godzilla Encounter". Check out a few photos from the event below!

The event left many in awe as they witnessed a true Hollywood treatment of the King of Kaiju. Godzilla hits theaters May 16th, 7 days from now! Be sure to check back often for more updates.
