Toho and GKIDS will be hosting special screenings of Godzilla Final Wars, remastered in 4K during Beyond Fest in Las Angeles in the coming weeks! Beyond Fest is the largest film festival in the United States and will take place between September 23rd and October 8th. Godzilla Final Wars will be screened at the Aero Theatre presented by Neon.
As per Deadline's report:
“This year, we’re celebrating the full spectrum of genre filmmaking that intentionally ranges from the arthouse to the grindhouse,” said Evrim Ersoy, Beyond Fest Head of Programming. “Our goal has always been to connect film communities with the greatest variety of filmmakers, and the vast diversity of this year’s slate, featuring an unprecedented array of premieres and restorations, is a steadfast commitment to this mission and the power of genre Cinema.”
Specific dates and times of when Godzilla Final Wars will screen was not included in the announcement, but as the event draws closer we’re certain a schedule will be released.
