I like it but I don't plan on getting it.
There seems like there's a lot of detail put into that so I expect whatever the price is to be way outside what I'd be willing to pay, but I'm pretty cheap when it comes to statues and figures.
I think it would be cool to have. It would give a close up of the tail in the final scene.

^Would love. Not sure if Legendary would find Gamera popular or profitable enough to do it. I also wonder how Toho would take such a move--I believe (though can't confirm) Legendary largely has to run everything by Toho before moving forward with their Godzilla projects.
If Toho doesn't want it then that could be a road block as well.

One of my favorite scenes in the movie.
I've updated the prices to the most recent Amazon.com listings. Son of Kong and the Super Sentai series was added to the list.
Upon further investigation, apparently the Lionsgate and Media Blasters titles (Godzilla vs. Biollante, Destroy All Monsters and Godzilla vs. Megalon) are not technically out-of-print. However, with Media Blasters' track record we can expect the prices to yo-yo little by little until their full supply becomes scarce. Their Stomp Box is absolutely discontinued however.
Lionsgate's Godzilla vs. Biollante is not listed as discontinued yet and it seems to be a case of low stocks at the moment. This is the issue with Classic Media it seems. Immediately it appears as though Dreamworks/Classic Media's titles are out of print due to the dwindling availability and high prices. But it appears to be a stock issue and I'd bet we'll see them make a comeback in the not too distant future.
These prices and availability will likely shift around the time Skull Island comes out. So stay vigilant.

Overall I think this list is pretty accurate to my preferences. I think Shin Godzilla and G14's positions are a little inflated on the list, and Monster Zero seems a little low, but my top four and bottom seven are accurate, and a lot of my middle-of-the-road films tend to be interchangeable and fluctuate frequently. If I retook the test I imagine my list would change a bit.
Good job. Hard to believe this is the most attended Godzilla film since King Kong vs Godzilla. (Not including theatrical reissues of course).

Same here, Gman, I love the retro vibe. I wish posters were still made in this way, or at least always offered as alternatives to the modern copies. I definitely plan on picking myself up a few when I see Kong: SKull Island in IMAX.
