Well, if Michael Dougherty "re-wrote Godzilla vs. Kong (2020)" (Btw, I'm surprised there isn't a forum topic discussing that. Why?), then I'm sure he can answer this question. (Insert my forum signature here.)
Also, I forgot to mention: the "new movie still" is just a shot that was shown in the 'Intimidation' teaser trailer for the film, so don't get too excited.

Yeah, but still, we don't know. You know what? Here's what we should do. We should tweet this entire forum out to Legendary/Mike Dougherty and see what they say. (And it better not be the same quote that states "that Ghidorah is a creature from space who most likely arrived on Earth many millions of years ago.") We need ACTUAL answers so that we could put this topic to rest. (For Monsterverse King Ghidorah, at least.)

Yeah, he did say that. But I think everyone is asking if Monsterverse King Ghidorah is a mutation of some sort that was made by aliens.
Isn't that just the same quote Dougherty stated when we first heard about the film in general? ( The one about Rodan being a flying A-bomb.) Also, that quote about Godzilla and how long he takes to destroy Tokyo just sounds like what somebody would say after having ONLY SEEN the 1954 Gojira and no other movies since, because now, as of March 2019, we have Godzillas (i.e. Godzilla Earth & Shin Godzilla) that could destroy Tokyo in 0-1 days, so that, along with the Rodan quote, is why I find this article a bit sketchy. But who knows? Maybe he is being genuine. But who knows? (Insert my forum signature here.)

Godzillatheking123: That would be a massive rip-off of BvS but if it's done right (or better at least) then I'm in. Sounds like a great finale to the series.
Godzilla's_Tail79: Well isn't there a long-running rumor that Destroyah is going to appear in Kong vs Godzilla. K and G will fight for a while then team up against Destroyah? No idea whether there is a grain of truth in these rumors, but I won't have an issue seeing Destroyah on screen again, although of course it has to be portrayed well on screen.

This movie is rated PG-13 so I assume the language will not be too harsh. The first Godzilla only had a few mild profanities like "damn" and "shit".
They did drop the F-bomb in Kong: Skull Island though. That movie was also more violent than Godzilla, and it was still rated PG-13.
Resurgence When I said that, I meant that it might have been intentional from the perspective of whichever aliens created Monsterverse King Ghidorah.
You know, I was expecting that, yet we all know who the best team really is. (#TeamGodzilla)
