Interesting, I doubt that the Monsterverse would do it though. They're taking a pretty "realistic" approach to the Kaiju, more like the Showa era than, say, the Hesei era where this would have been quite possible.

This story sounded more like a parody of Sailor Moon if it was set 15 years after the events of the 90's Sailor Moon anime series (the one from the 90's).
