Pretty positive this is just concept art, something pretty they could use as a backdrop without spoiling any of the promotional art for the advertising campaign.
That said, I really want to see the rest of this piece now. See where Godzilla's aiming? I think Kong might be hanging off a skyscraper in this art, which would be epic.

I am taking this with a massive chunk of salt. This looks nothing like what we saw in the leaked footage, and there it looked like Goji had kept his 2019 spines.
I'm hoping it's just art for the toy-fair and not actually representative of the film. Because if they really did ditch the 2019 spines, then that's honestly quite disappointing.
Another possibility occurs to me; could this just be pre-production concept art?

The whole Janjira planet/ Muto hatching scene probably. It looked great included all the best characters, and had great tension.

GMK isn't that good to me. I don't think it's one of the worst films in the franchise anymore but I still don't really enjoy it

-Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla II is overrated. It's not a bad movie overall, but it just isn't as good as everyone else made it out to be. On that note, Aoki is a moron who breaks into a government lab and steals one of their samples, is away from his post during a crisis, kidnaps one of his superiors in a parking garage, and can't come up with a good pickup line to save his life.
-The Millennians from Godzilla 2000 need more love. They're one of the few–if not only–sentient alien races in the Godzilla franchise to not have a humanoid form or disguise themselves as such, and it's honestly a pity that the Anime Trilogy didn't try to get a little more creative with their alien race designs in an animated medium.
-Kiryu is the best Mechagodzilla. He feels a lot more balanced out than incarnations before or since, and he actually has a good reason to be built in Godzilla's image. And the cyborg angle is more interesting and plausible than being a straight-up robot.
-Ghidorah didn't start getting really good until maybe Rebirth of Mothra 3. Up until then, he was an overrated bully who fled with his tails between his legs when things went south and then spent both the Showa and Heisei era getting controlled by every alien and their mother. And the Futurians too. The character wouldn't begin to get good until he got his autonomy back.
-KOTM's story and characters actually aren't all that bad. It's kinda clumsy in places like pacing and certain dialogue, and of course it isn't the best thing in the world, but it's actually decent overall. The characters are actually characters and not blank slates that the camera follows around like 2014's were, and Emma's crazy scheme and its subsequent failure is the perfect summation of "The arrogance of Man is thinking nature is in their control, and not the other way around".
-In relation to above, even if KOTM's fight scenes still cut away, they're better than 2014's. The difference lies in geography and time. 2014's cuts either go all the way to the aftermath of the attacks or fights, or cut to people doing something else down the road or miles away. By contrast, KOTM only cuts away to things that are going on in the midst of the battle, and makes sure that the characters are right at the center of the action. And by extension, so is the audience.

Favorite human scene was when Serizawa showed Stenz his father's watch; That was very moving to me. Monster scene was the atomic breath scene; I didn't like this movie all that much but this scene brought tears to my eyes when I first saw it in theaters. Very well done.

Xenotaris Yeah I liked the MUTOs too. And I liked the parasitic relationship they had to Godzilla's species. One of the things that I like about the MonsterVerse is the sort of "monster ecosystem" that they've created, and having a creature specifically adapted to hunt down and kill creatures like Godzilla is a neat new twist.
I really liked the MUTO, I don't pay no mind to their detractors. I welcome new monsters to Godzilla's rogue gallery
MUTO scenes stood out- that creature was plain creepy in a good way- its look and the sounds it made. I never saw MUTO before so it was new to me.
Wish I watched the whole movie.

2014/2019, 1998 (yep), 1999-2000, and 1963 (King Kong vs Godzilla) I am not a fan of the weird cat/wolf hybrid thing that of traditional godzilla design. I like my godzilla more reptilian and dinosaurian

Cool, thanks. I have heard that it reveals a lot that wasn't exactly talked about in the movie. I do really want to see more concept art for Outpost 32, as it was hard to see a lot of it in the film, so that makes me happy. Also, I could be wrong, but now that I think about it, I might have noticed the Argo's wings fold back during Rodan's hatching scene. Cool that the book goes out of it's way to mention small things like that.
KingSalomonMMIV It's really good. It shows some clearer views of Monarch Outposts 61 and 32, and reveals that the Argo's wings can apparently fold backward.
I love the art book for Godzilla 2014. Haven't gotten my hands on the KotM art book yet, but I deffinately plan on doing so. I bet the art for this film will be just as great.
There are two that stand out to me. First, the Honolulu / airport sequence; although a lot of people hate this movie for holding back on Godzilla, I think the huge buildup makes his reveal all the more exciting, and the actual scene (in my opinion) is absolute genius.
Second, I absolutely love the halo jump scene. Watching the military fall from the sky into a buring city (symbolic of angels diving down into hell) is absolutely breathtaking. The use of Lageti's Requiem 100% works, actually adding a horrific vibe when we see Godzilla's silhouette. I get chills every time I watch this scene.

The opening credits, Godzilla's first appearance in Honolulu, the Golden Gate Bridge sequence, the Atomic Breath scene, and the Kiss of Death.
I may not like the movie as much as I did back then, but it still holds a special place in my heart.
I got the artbook for KOTM last Christmas, and I've throughly enjoyed it. I love looking at concept art, and I can't wait to see what goodies await in this one.

I also like Godzilla: 2000's design, GMK, Legendary, and basically all of the Heisei designs. I really don't mind any other Goji, though.
