I love EVERYTHING about this desien, aside from the dorsel fins (and yes I am one of the two wierd people who call his spikes dorsal fins dont sue me). I find that how there just sqaures very jaring and dumb looking.aside from that 
I love it, but to to say its my favorite would be very insane

I honestly surprised that people haven’t exploded in outrage against each other. KOTM was a touchy subject, but people have gotten over it for the most part. I’m not going to comment on my opinions, because I don’t want keep defending them. But I thought it was interesting 

How have you not seen the flick that kickstarted this whole thing? Godzilla 2014 is at least as good as Skull Island in some respects and far, far better than King of the Monsters.

Admittedly, my opinion of the film has retroactively improved when compared to King of the Monsters.

But really, the Monsterverse isn't doing anything Toho's already done. The Showa Series was pulling together a cinematic universe concept before the term was even coined.

I like it. It has a retro feel to it but modernized. Much better than Ready Player One. That designed felt "phoned-in" and lazy, especially given how many references are in that movie. I can't wait to see this MechaGodzilla in action.

Thats a good point. But I don’t think that Muto was a rivalry. Mutos were a parasite, not a competitor.

I don’t even think that is actually King Kong. King Kong is in public domain so anyone can use him. They just used his name.

I think Kong will win. He can create weapon and tools on the fly and posses incredible strength enough to push Godzilla back and hurt Godzilla. While his defense is on the lower side, his speed and agility should help him avoid big hits. It will be tough, but he can win.

Kong looking better and better! Team Kong! Glad they are making full use of his intelligence too. Apes are incredibly smart and adaptable. 

Looks infinitely better than the Ready Player One design.

So... If Godzilla has had an "ancient rivalry" with everyone - MUTO, King Ghidorah, your mom - but particularly Kong, what stopped him from swimming over to Skull Island and stepping on Kong during his Hot Topic years?

Wow though, GvK looks awesome.

Just to be frank, godzilla has beaten a mutant ankylosaurus,

a three headed giant lightning breathing space dragon, a giant cyborg space dinosaur a giant bug with drills for hands worshiped as a god by an anceint civalization, a robot mecha version of himself thats capable of firing lazers and misiles from his eveys mouth belly hands and knees, a plant copy of himself that nearly ate him alive a giant space crystal mutated by his g cells and can litaraly harness the powers of stars, a gaint crustaceun spawned by the very thing that killed the original godzilla from 1954, a gaint mutation with enormus slappy hands that can control an alien spacership, a swarm of mutant insects thout to have been extinct, litarly beating baragon mothra and king ghidorah sustaining only ONE visable injury and in godzilla final wars he litarrly beat every showa era monster (exluding the mechs) without sustaining a scratch! but no the thing that will really beat him is
