And when I say "the last netflix series" I specifically mean the third movie which, in my opinion, wasn't very good.

Ok, maybe I'm just a little sour from the last netflix series. When I saw the designs It just immediately turned me off for some reason. 

I'm going to try to go into it completely unbiased, then maybe post a review here.

The ShinGoji design is currently the highest selling and most marketable design in Japan right now. After the success of Shin Godzilla, merchandise for the movie hasn't seen much of a decline since 2016. ShinGoji is Toho's new flagship design until something proves to be more successful.

There are no plans for a Shin Godzilla sequel at the moment, but rumor has it Toho already has momentum for another movie in the not too distant future.

Ack, I just want it to continue because MONARCH's story isn't over.  And also I'm a huge Millie Bobby Brown fan.

And she does a good job in this series, even though I prefer her other projects over MonsteVerse any day.

Likely untrue. But between the two I'd rather the Monsterverse end and Toho start something new with Godzilla. I'm pretty bored with the Monsterverse at this point.

Why not watch it because it's anime. That seems like an odd reason.

Also there has been no official announcement that this has anything to do with "The World of Godzilla". Gojipedia is unreliable and probably not the best place for news/info unless it has been sourced.
