Eh, I've been on this tirade before. The job of a movie critic is not to tell you whether or not a movie is a good. Their job is to get you to think about the movie via their own view on the film.

Unfortunately, Rotten Tomatoes has done irreparable damage to that description of movie critics and, because of its system, has turned movie reviews into a statistic. Publishers force critics to be more opinionated or use rating systems, because then it will be easier to get on Rotten Tomatoes. Publishers like to be on Rotten Tomatoes because they can potentially get more clicks. As a result, the point of movie criticism has been neutered.

This is one reason I quit over 10 years.

In any case, the review embargo for GvK lifts on Sunday.

GvK has piqued my interest at the same level as Avengers Endgame, and that movie would be my favorite movie of all time if Spider-Man: Far From Home wasn't shockingly better than the said movie.

All movies in particular. Personally, if a movie doesnt look interesting to you then go about it however you'd like. Since it already doesnt pique your interest, why should it matter? However if it does look good to you, then watch it yourself rather than look at everyone else's review beforehand as it may ruin that experience for you.

I just hope I think the movie is good.

Meh, looking at the reviews seems useless before the film releases. I'd rather watch it myself and formulate my own before looking at others and have that impact my viewing experience.

I just hope they make a Kong sequel after GvK....

I don't think the western audience would react well to rainbow lasers, just my too scents because we gotta be darker and edgier 

Since this is a sequal to kong's franchise it would make sense for the skullcrawlers to return. plus, i think they're really cool

personally i wish they could bring back the rainbow lazar from the older films. but this is cool too

Giant Flashlight Edition. They didn’t need all the fancy brightening techniques, they just needed to shine a flashlight on the movie and re record it. 

That’s how technology works!

Jeez, the 4k really does look darker in that blu ray screenshot. :( too bad, Maybe we'll get a bright version of the movie in the future.

I really don't understand why the skullcrawlers need to return in Godzilla vs Kong.  They were clearly established to have been defeated after Kong killed their leader in Skull Island.
