I agree with True American Godzilla. It is pretty interesting. I always saw Godzilla and Mothra having a mutual repsect for one another, as allies and rivals. Plus there aren't that many other female monsters to choose from, and Mothra is the onlh one that looks female. I also though Battra (Gojira 2014 mentioned him above) not as Mothra's ex-boyfriend but more as a older brother of sorts.

That website has been very reliable for me. Once something new is on that sight, other evidence pops up not long after. We may not get any new info until the Product Embargo on the Godzilla 2014 mechandise ends. And thank you for the actual web page for S.H. Monsterarts. For now there is confirmation, how true it is is to be determined, but I have found this site very reliable and we should all be excited. Also your reply sounded a bit harsh and mean. Soon there will be more evidence that S.H. Monsterarts is creating a Godzilla 2014 figure.

I'm sure an SH Monsterarts American Godzilla will come out eventually, but I'll wait to see the revealed images of the figure (well, that and the NECA figure).

Interesting concept, just don't ask the two of them about the "campfire" incident (as moths are attracted to flames). I can see this being an interesting Gojira fanfiction.

I mean, there probably will be an SH monster arts figure....but that website is DEFINITELY NOT confirmation. 

Unfortunately, that particular page looks like a fake to me. Here is S.H. Monster Arts' actual web-page. You'll notice they don't look similar at all, have a different url sructure, and aren't even in the same language.

Not all the 70's movies were bad except for Gigan and Hedorah. Megalon was decent. Both Mechagodzilla movies were pretty good

Has anybody else noticed that the countdown is wrong due to daylight savings time?

Glad to see some of my own ideas are being recognized. Though, instead of a Godzilla hunter, as seen with the airport scene described in footage shown recently, the 8-legged MUTO is a rival whom must be taught a lesson in pure Godzilla smackdown! But then that begs the question:

Who could the second MUTO be? Is it just the flying type? Or is there an unknown variable somewhere around here, lurking in the dark, waiting to pounce?

My least favorite is The Sea Monster (even though I really like Ebirah). I like all the other Godzilla movies, some more than others, but they each have a certain spark that only Godzilla can have! ;)

Slattern is Godzilla's bitch. If godzilla laid his hands on slattern it would be like peeling an onion with a chainsaw. Yes slattern may have survived a nuke(which is impossible since gibsy danger took him down with a sword) but Godzilla has survived a nuke,blackhole, a tempature very close to absolute zero, and a meteorite. And **** no slattern is not that big. When I whatched pacific rim the jeagers and kaiju's looked very small to me and Godzilla does a little bit too but I can at least say he's pretty ******* big. 

KYERO@ Hey stop acting like your the smart one here cause your not.  90% of the time you are wrong and is very rare for you to even state something that is actually correct. And if you think a nuclear blast could kill Godzilla then you have not seen a godzilla film or even know who and what Godzilla is. The only thing that stands a chance against Godzilla is the oxegen destroyer or another monster. 

Lets compare how th fight would go down slattern is an ant and godzilla is a nuclear bomb...who will win? Godzilla of course! Besides another reason why a nuke can't kill godzilla is because godzilla has a weopon thats 100 times more powerfull then a nuke.

Kyero, I think you forgot that in Godzilla 2014, he gets nuked by the militery who are trying to kill him. It did nothing. So YOUR point is worthless, not Godzilla Himself's post.

That made for quite an interesting read. I like your theories, although I think the first big Godzilla reveal will come in Hawaii as this was part of teh 20 mins of footage shown by Gareth Edwards. He seemed to be showing them in chronological order (although I have nothing to back that up) but based on that here is my little theoretical rundown of the movie

- I like your origin story so lets keep that. Maybe the MUTO's hunted the Godzillasaurus' and other creatures of its kind to extinction, feeding off their nucleaur energy until the earth was bombarded with meteors, causing major climate change and driving them all underground. Wilder theory still... the meteors actually punched through the earths surface and the mutos followed the only source of rediation available to them. Godzilla, the last of his kind (or one of them) and also without a source of radiation, went into slumber at the bottom of the pacific. Millions of years later mankind harnesses atomic energy and, well, we all know what comes next.

- The tremors at the Tokyo power plant is the MUTO's burrowing their way back to the earths surface and towards the source of their precious radiation. I wouldn't be surprised if our centipede friend is responsible for this, the one we saw vanquished in the comicon teaser. Anyway, the plant vanishes into a sinkhole created by the MUTO or MUTO's taking Brodys wife with it. The MUTO's feed off the energy, lay eggs etc and time passes

- At this point I think we might see some of the build up to Godzilla. Ken Watanabe and team will investigate the sinkhole/powerplant disaster site in the interim (when radiation levels are safe) and find the bones underground, picked clean by the MUTOs who're all but extinct with no real food source. Something happens and Ken gets injured - I'll say they're attacked by MUTO's just for arguments sake - and he's rushed to hospital. I only say this because in the trailer he's talking to Elizabeth Olsen who plays a nurse in this movie and I can't think of another reason why the 2 would interact unless maybe they're old friends..that seems unlikely though. Anyway thats my reasoning. He's kinda doped up and while she's treating him he tells her the story of Godzilla "in 1954 we awakened something..." At this point in the film there is still room for doubt in her mind but she takes it on board.

- While this is going on Brody has returned to the site 15 years later after becoming a laughing stock and having his name dragged through the mud on a professional level for his reports on the powerplant incident (which he was witness to and is highly emtionally invested in cuz of the loss of his wife) . He's arrested. I think his interrogation will coincide with Serizawa et al being attacked in the sink hole and this will be our first action scene. I think centipede MUTO will break the surface, have a quick rampage followed by the emergance of something greater . Obscured at this point Godzilla will rise and kick the living bejesus out of Centifreak before returning to the ocean.

- MEANWHILE AT THE NEVADA MUTO FACILITY - word has broken of the MUTO outbreak in Japan and they are experiencing similar levels of seismic activity themselves. Action stations. They bring in the cavalry, along with a load of nuclear warheads, unaware of what Serizawa and his team discovered in the sinkhole. So, at this point I think the military is going back to the play book - in 1954 they must have got the impression that nucleur bombs could stop Godzilla, either that or they actually did stop him (albeit temporarily) so they're just going AMERICA F*CK YEAH! We're armed to the teeth and we await your arrival. BUt what emerges isnt Godzilla, something massive, but not Godzilla. An 8 legged MUTO and a winged MUTO. Winged MUTO takes off into the sky, we barely glimpse it, while 8 legs battles the military.

- Now its time for things to really kick off in the movie. I think Hawaii will be next and the Big G will arrive there, as will our winged buddy. Big reveals of both creatures.

- I'm lost now..making stuff up is fun.

you know what, im not totally sure how these things work, would anyone be able to help me understand how this goes?

i only hope that the main enemy is not godzillas predator, but instead his rival, makes moer sence to me.
