haha that's awesome. I was a huge Stone Cold fan
No problem, hopefully somebody is able to link it to this thread when they find it!
Thank you ANTHONY.1432
Ah, I see! Well then... Dance, littles monkeys! Dance for your supper!
FACEBOOK?! Oh come on! Not every one has a facebook account! (I feel facebook is too...exposing of one's life.) Can someone upload the trailer please?
Damn how many more trailers are we gonna get lol
Me explaining to to my FB frirnds.... I DID IT FOR A TRAILER!!!!!!!
@KYORAH16 You record yourself roaring at the camera. That's it. It's silly but if you want to see a new trailer then do it!
I've been waiting for this for months now it will come.
How do you mean personal Godzilla roar?
DURPOO4, It was the crocodile head that threw me off. Also your right. Biollante is the closest thing to a female Godzilla.
I just realized Biollante is the closest thing we have to an established female godzilla. Granted there is some plant thrown in, but it is female and was made by the G-cells so it's, as I believe Dr. Shiragami puts it, "the same creature" as godzilla. This would also go with the fact Biollante is both larger and extremely aggressive, actually going out of it's way to attack things( the thieves in the lab, and Godzilla) whereas for the most part Godzilla isn't quite that antagonistic.
@Zaffzilla
Considering some distributors don't own streaming rights to the Godzilla movies and the problem with Godzilla 1984/85, that probably is an impossibility.
@Durp
Agreed. It's not simply the dubbing. The pacing, the sound edits and the overall script re-writes of Godzilla Raids Again practically makes it a completely different movie. Shame that's the one that's getting the most exposure...
For those interested, here's a few reviews of the upcoming releases:
Godzilla on Monster Island (Godzilla vs. Gigan) (DVD Version)
Godzilla vs. MechaGodzilla II / Godzilla vs. SpaceGodzilla
@Gman2887
Alas I guess Gigantis will continue to ruin what is a much stronger movie without the dubbing of yogi bear and Sulu. Oh well to anyone that watched Gigantis the Fire Monster and finds it very weak, I recommend looking up the original version, this is one of the more heavily editted version with dubbing making it much much worse than the original.
I remember King of the Monsters and Raids Again was once on Netflix. Glad they're bringing some and more back!
I don't remeber when it started but speculation on her gender began when some fans got to talking about her roar and her triangular torso, according to the wiki, is something that female crabs have. And they ALL refered to Destroyah as female. I don't know, maybe everyone was wrong?
I'm not sure how. Nothing screams feminine quite like a giant plant crocodile that sprays acid.
thats just for landmark structures. Add another 80+million for homes,military loss,hightech weapons that break, amusment parks, stadiums, whole cities, and much much more.
@Durp004
Unfortunately it does not offer that option. So the Netflix version is really just Gigantis, The Fire Monster... I really wish Netflix gave the option to watch the Japanese language versions... Not that it hurts me. I own all those DVDs, but fans need more exposure to the original editions.
they should put all original 28 toho godzilla films on netflix. that would be sweet.
DURPOO4, In her rose form maybe. But her final form...well. The first time I saw Biollante (which was in Godzilla Unleashed) I thought she was a guy.
@GojiraFan02
Godzilla: King of the Monsters, Godzilla Raids Again, Godzilla vs. Mothra, Ghidorah: Three Headed Monster, Godzilla's Revenge, Terror of MechaGodzilla and Rodan are all owned in America by Classic Media. So it makes sense that all of those would be released together since Classic Media owns the streaming rights to those films.
Echo Bridge owns Godzilla vs. Biollante in America and we don't know if they have streaming rights to the movie. They probably do, but it doesn't seem like they'll bother ever putting it on Netflix since they're letting the DVD/Bluray go out of print in the next few months. (Meaning if you don't have it on DVD or Bluray, you better hurry up and get it. This is your last chance.)
Meanwhile Godzilla 1984/85 doesn't have any distributor in America due to rights issues with New World that have yet to expire. It will never be available on Netflix until the rights issue is cleared up and it's bought by an American distributor for DVD / Bluray release in America-- which is unlikely to happen any time soon.
The real question is why not Monster Zero since Classic Media also owns that as well. That's fairly odd.
I'm happy to see Godzilla Raids Again on the list. It really is a movie that flies very much under the radar of most fans simply because of it's horrible dubbing. Does netflix offer the option to watch subbed? I don't use it so I have no idea.
@Kingkaijugojira
Biollante begs to differ on that last statement.
Even if Destoroyah was female, Mothra would still be the most beautiful and sexy kaiju.
Is that creepy? It sounds creepy.
Yeah, they never gave it a gender. Destoroyah mutated from a precambrian bacteria. A mircorganism. If anything, Destoroyah is asexual. That would explain the numerous Destoroyah throughout the movie.
yea I don't remember Destroyah being a female (not trying to be mean). but if IT is, That's awesome. I luv female Kaijus because they are so powerfull
I know this is off topic but when was it ever stated destroyah was female? To my knowledge the movie never implied a gender for it in any way.
well I think godzilla's revenge was taken down a couple months ago but never the less, rodan!!! I don't think I've accually seen that 1 yet. But finally Ghidorah the LAST godzilla movie I need to see to complete me seeing all the godzilla movies YAY!
but why not 1985 or biolante??
Those movies were on there before but Netflix took them down its good to know that they are coming back. Netflix for dayzz.
nice find, but serously 2+ billion (euros or usd?) that's a LOT of money to make up to rebuild all those buildings/bridges.
lol. Nice find.
I would love if godzilla was a female! I think that if it was a she, It would, for me make it seem even more powerful and dangerous! These are just my thoughts though and some people don't like that idea so.....ya, I'll just leave it at that 😊
Honestly, I cannot think of Godzilla as anything other than a male... I mean, he is the KING of the Monsters, after all. And not only that, but every single piece of media he has appeared in has labelled him as a male. If a monster is female, then they tend to be explicitly addressed as such. eg; Mothra
@johnsmith
that's up to the thread poster
