GMAN is right as usual.

No need to get all hot and bothered by this. Its the reaction of one group of internet users, not representative of every Godzilla fan. Furthermore, the Daily Mail is hardly what I call a credible and respected source of news.

I will never stop calling him GINO. That's what I grew up calling him, that's the result of his genesis and there isn't a soul on this planet that will stop me otherwise. So you might as well put "Zilla" blinders on when I talk about GINO. (That and I utterly hate the Toho rebranding "Zilla". It's not a very good official name either.)

You bring up something that few rarely put on the table about suit designs and varying costumes. What design will work best for the story? You certainly wouldn't have the GMK design for Godzilla vs. Megalon, and you wouldn't exactly want the heavier, less mobile 90s suits for Godzilla Final Wars. I think crew members and design teams take into consideration what kind of suits and designs work for the movie their trying to create and that's something else to factor in to the whole mess: What will the story be and how will Godzilla's design fit into it?

Yes. The heisei godilla looks really fat as much as i love it. Get used to it. As much as the 2014 look is supposed to be muscula, there really are pudgy and cute traits in it. No need to go friggin boo fucking hoo about it. Because when g is put into the context of the movie it will all come together 

either 1985, Godzilla vs MechaGodzilla ( the original), or Final Wars

My personal favorite Showa era flick was actually the 1956 Raymond Burr addition. Blasphemy? Well it was the movie that introduce me to Godzilla, and unpopular as it sounds, as "Americanized" movies go, they didn't do too bad a job of it. 

But otherwise my favorites are the 1954 original and Godzilla vs King Kong.

I am agree with Mecha ROdan that the Mutos won´t be used for a while after this movie; but I think Toho ALREADY owns the copyrigths for the Mutos if they proceeded as in Godzilla Unleashed games.  Pipeworks wanted to include two brand new monsters on the rostor. The first was already developed by them and was called Krystalak, the second would be taken from a poll of four concept art  pics of different creatures, and the winner was Obsidious. If we read the legal info in the wii version of the game (the version including them both), it enlist every monster on game INCLUIDING Krystalak and Obsidious as property of Toho. I supposed the deal  was this with Toho representatives stating the following condition: "Yes, you can include the monsters you want, but they will be for US"

I think the appearance and size of Godzilla is also related to the storyline. The Heisei era had a certain consistency in terms of Godzilla's look and size. Yeah, they made changes to him, but they were relatively minor since those films existed in the same universe. In contrast, for the millenium era there were alot more varieties in how Godzilla looked since there wasn't much in the way of continuity between the films.

First of all lets stop calling him GINO. Lets call him by his official,TOHO given name, Zilla. No on to the point. I do think that the Mutos will be real monsters but probably won't come back for a while since Toho might wantt o bring their original monsters back first. Also what do you guys think the Mutos names will be? I have no idea and I would like a different name for each monster. Mabye one can be Muto but the other should be called something else. Unless it's the same monster before and after a horrible mutation, But this is highly unlikely.

It looks like Godzilla has a bit of a sagging lump next to his right arm.

Joe seeks vengence against the power plant.

Hedorah and Rodan walk out of the Walmart and notice the battle going on, thus they join in. Meanwhile, Ghidorah steps in and blows up the Earth. Now everybody is floating in space, having a Kaiju Laser Fight Party Battle Party. Did I mention it was a party? Then, Gigan pops up out of nowhere and blasts the rest of the kaiju towards Saturn, when the climax comes up. Here's what happens in the climax: we learn that Sandra Brody is actually Godzilla! YES Sandra is Godzilla! She is reincarnated as the big G when she is killed in the Power Plant incident. Godzilla, who we now know as Sandra, throws a sh**-fit across the universe because she realizes that Ford has died from the HALO jump because his parachute didn't work. Too bad he died, he would be known for his brave actions in the jump. Nobody remembers him. After Godzilla is finished with her tantrum, she sheds her skin, organs, tissue and everything else to become Sandra again. Then she dies. Then she explodes. Everybody floats away unsatisfied and go to STARbucks. The End. End credits role, revealing that Michael Bay was the director all this time! Who knew Michael could actually make a good movie...

I'm joking. I think Godzilla will use his atomic breath at the last second before he dies from the MUTO, because the MUTO could be a worthy opponent.

I agree!  But, in my opinion, the Famous Monsters cover is the one to beat!  Its got two of the awesomest things ever going for it: Bob Eggleton, and flippin' MUTO claws! :D

Yeah guys, don't say the Japanese are mean for saying those things. It's like if people said all Americans hate the original Godzilla films.
