I disagree. The designer of Ultima wanted it to look like a actual living thing. The Legs would actually have to be that big to support its body, according to physics. Many animals with a similar body plan have tails even longer than that. So I don’t think it’s getting rid of biology at all. Biology would naturally get weirder the bigger something gets
I love how disproportionate it is. It's as if Godzilla's biology in Shin Godzilla and Singular Point simply doesn't give a damn. Whatever makes him a more monstrous wrecking machine, it's in.

I was trying to find a Godzilla Heratige Topic to comment on. Personally I love the designs but the movie based on the synopsis, seems to have had a similar concept to monarch from monsterverse. Another thing is that it doesn’t seem to retain the darker aspects of Godzilla, That I think makes the monster amazing.

I don’t think that the tail is disproportionate. It’s arguably more accurate.

Also, nice to see that Jet Jaguar does get a design upgrade later in the series, instead of just having that goofy-looking stubby-legged design.

Yeah, never played PS2 version but it just sounds inferior...
Save the Earth was my favorite growing up, never had any gripes. But Unleashed... major letdown. At the time I only had a PS2 and got the PS2 version of the game, what a joke that was. Most of the new monsters were missing, it lagged hard, it was just such a rip off lol I remember being so pissed.
dunno what ur all talking about cause i've been avoiding looking at it until the series, but sounds cool.
i've seen a bit of his face and (of course) the silhouette, so i imagine he's vaguely shin-like
I agree with G.H. (Gman). The figure really brings out the detail of the design. I never realized just how wide Godzilla Ultima can open his mouth or how long his tail was until this figure. I can't wait to get this figure.

This thing looks incredible. Really highlights the strength of the design. Now that he's reached this form in the show and the images of the Monsterarts figure are spilling out I really dig the nuance to it all.

Kattozilla I had no idea Space G is technically their dad. Also, you said THEIR dad not HIS dad, so does that mean Krystalak and Obsidius brothers? Also, I'm guessing they were "born" when Space G's crystals started spawning

Eh, I will mainly get the Final Wars Godzilla. Which is probably the best looking Godzilla out of all the designs. I can't get around the SP Godzilla design, plus the arms look weird.

Ah this gives me good ole memories. Save the Earth was so much fun with a party, especially when we would 2v1, 3v2, Hard CPUs. Unleashed gave me even more of what I wanted, even Biollante, I still have a used copy from way back when and an Unopened Unleashed copy that I still have in my collection. Destroy all Monsters Melee did not fancy my taste as it did not have enough playable monsters and the combat was a tad lack luster.
