i like having friends who like things that i like

Godzilla vs the severed head of Knuckles.

I’m probably in the minority, but I don’t think any of the other monsters need a solo film. Regardless of how different their personalities, strengths, and abilities are from Godzilla and Kong, if other monsters were to get their own films, I feel they’d be too similar to the MonsterVerse films that we’ve gotten so far. They’d still involve the monsters fighting each other and the humans either dictating the events or watching from the side.
Not only that, but with the exception of Kong, I doubt general audiences see the monsters as characters. I bet they only watch these films to see the monsters fight each other while buildings crumble around them. Kaiju fans are different in that they connect with the monsters on a deeper level. Because of this, they’re more likely to want to see a solo film for a non-Godzilla and Kong monster. But I don’t think general audiences would be interested in seeing Mothra, Rodan, or Behemoth struggle to defeat their own enemy monsters.

"all-in-all, i dont think mg was made out of alien tech"
I agree
but the sheer stupidity of this thread may give him the power to face Godzilla
never underestimate the meme
all-in-all, i dont think mg was made out of alien tech
and after the 2014 and 2019 incedents humanity would want to put titan defense on high priority. alloying more reasearch into anti-titan mechs to be done all culminating in mecha-gojira.
but remember that gvk was taking place in what? 2022-2023?
humanitys technological skill might have advanced since 2019.
I have also the same reason because I have also analyzed the same b2b spice myfiosgateway com
yes more monsterious human sized aliens would be awesome, reminds me of the godzilla comics
If they introduce aliens into the MonsterVerse I hope they have a more unique and less humanoid design. I was recently re-watching Godzilla: The Series, which has probably one of the coolest alien designs in the franchise.

If they bring aliens into the MonsterVerse, I want them to have a more monstrous design like this.
I hope Hollywood "Xiliens" are more Alien looking than Toho Xiliens. As in being less humanoid and having more unique designs that deviate from the human form or make them look like a star trek alien
The Hollow Earth does seem to take a lot of influence from the underground lost world idea, which I'm perfectly fine with, I like that concept.
As far as aliens go, I agree that if they go for the typical humanoid alien invasion like in the Showa series it would be too predictable and kind of boring, but if did something more unique like what Toho did for Godzilla 2000, it could be interesting.
Does hollow earth remind anyone else of the dinosaurs at the center of the earth trope? Or is that just me.
Im not too keen on the idea of alien races in MV it’s a bit overused to me.
Godzilla is far stronger than Sandman, not to mention highly radioactive and can obliterate any organism with his atomic breathe. So bye bye Spidey
I can see eventually the monsterverse is going to become the Hollywood's "showa" era, don't be alarm if we see MonsterVerse verisons of the Xiliens cropping up should the monsterverse continues

Spider-Man has taken on giant things, so...
Feels weird, but not entirely far-fetched. They did do Hollow Earth, so anything is possible...

Ghidorah's an alien and he arrived on Earth thousands of years before the events of King of the Monsters and canonically the Titans have around for millions of years, being hidden within the Hollow Earth and modern humans not discovering them until the 50s, so the idea of undiscovered alien technology being on Earth wouldn't be that much of a retcon.
personally i wouldn’t want to see it in monsterverse. It would feel more like a retcon, and because we haven’t seen aliens in monsterverse yet it would feel weird to see them and say they were always here
i love it.
Finalgoji is one of my favorites

anguirus? who,s that?
