I honestly can't believe it this is amazing
Absolutely fantastic! Will obviously be picking this up
The level designs were creepy but everything else about the story was laughable, actually cracked up when it was the devil in his game that killed his girlfriend years ago.
I never really looked into colossal kaiju combat much before
Well, it's creepy alright
This is needs to be an Article, not a topic!
Bruh, why do people not find my topic interesting,i have no problem though.
I really wasn't planning on double dipping with a Godzilla mold, but this looks so gorgeous I might have to make an exception. I suppose it's too much to hope for some sort of moth-wing explosion accessory?
Personally I've had pretty good luck with Gamestop, they have a "check store availability" feature that shows you which nearby stores have ordered them, though that doesn't 100% guarantee they'll have one available for you. I ended up ordering Rodan online because the nearest store had only gotten one for someone's pre-order. Target's a little slow putting them out, but mine had a few G'62 and G'19 a couple weeks after they released, along with some old Shin and '14 ones.
Hi dk & everyone on the Godzilla forum *waves* :)
My avatar is a painting by German artist, designer & filmmaker Till Nowak. It's called "Salad" & was made as a tribute to both H.R. Giger, and the vegetable portraits of Giuseppe Arcimboldo.
I love it because it's a very interesting & clever representation of the Alien. Giger were so impressed by it, it led to both friendship and multiple creative collaborations! In 2012 Tills work was presented alongside Gigers in Las Vegas, at the Giger "World of Art" Showcase.
My first avatar was Rick Deckard's gun, as my full username was The Lone Gunwoman, but I shortened it!
Then for a long time it was the close up of Jonesys' cute wee face as he watched Brett's demise at the hands of the Alien.
The giant boa Python (King Kong 1976 movie; the snake from the banner) is the third snake kaiju to battle King Kong, the second 'cobra' is the Giant Sea Serpent from King Kong Escapes 1967 movie. The giant boa may also be inspired by the cave serpent, the first snake kaiju that battled Kong in the original 1933 film.
1st fight
2nd fight (ONLY the trailer)
3rd fight
I can never find the Neca figures
Does anyone know where I can get them?
Perhaps I missed it, but does this set include both versions of KKvG?
This is pretty amazing. Can't wait to pick it up.
Basically,i just want to know, what is this topic for?If you want to show images, just put it in the image gallery, and also, even if Kong has a sword and shield,he wouldn't be invincible, but its your opinion.
Finally, I’ll be able to have all the movies in my favorite era!
Awesome! I already have most of the Heisei and Millennium movies, but I have none of the Showa movies so this will be great for my collection. Off course, I am interested to see those extra's as well.
Unpopular opinion:
After some careful reconsideration, I want Kong to win in 2020
Niiiiiice
Looks really nice, but the atomic blast/supercharged Godzilla fig in my opinion is better
This was in the cards a year and a half before King of the Monsters came out. It's just taken them this long to negotiate all the legal issues and get their hands on the right prints.
I gotta say. I love how much Godzilla King of the Monster has been making more Godzilla merch come out.
I have all the movies.
I am really looking forward to replacing my old DVD collection with the Showa BD box set. It really annoys me that the Heisei/Millennium Sony double pack BDs were released in seemingly random order.
I am mostly happy that I have Godzilla vs Biollante on blu ray. Its my favorite of the Heisei era and that disc is now ridiculously expensive.
Should Criterion come through, many of these movies will be easier to come by--Fingers crossed.
Flex time.

Any news about a release for the figure?
I feel kind of let down after the epic battle of king of the monsters godzilla has to fight freaking kong its like ok my buzz is gone
I just hope they dont make Godzilla a complete dumbass like 1962 film
Now that is actually a pretty good looking NECA figure, will be picking it up
Imagine king Kong forging a sword with lava from a volcano...
Ok, he uses rocks and logs. Maybe he makes a spear. But, with a sword and a shield, king Kong would be invincible. With human's Help, that's possible. He is the Kaiju with best fight skills. Imagine him with real weapons..
The topic is in the works.
Improvements are being made.
I wouldn't call him the king of kaijus, also, what is this topic for?Like just showing some images, well i did a useless topic and i regret it,but really? Is this a topic,i would put it in the image gallery.
I've seen it many times and have let it gel for a few years so I have a settled opinion. It's a mixed bag for me. To get the bad out of the way I'll mention two things. The first is that ATJ is a horrible actor and cannot carry the lead in a movie. The second is that I agree that Edwards played it too cute by mostly showing Godzilla through windows, or by using a two second clip of his tail swish. I get that he was trying to show the MUTOs from the perspective of the characters but it tended to trivialize the presence of Godzilla who was the real star of the show and not the grunts running around using small arms on a Titan. How many shots did we get of soldiers running around anyway? Now for the good. The model of Godzilla was excellent. He looks serious and substantial. Great presence, detail and sounds just not enough of all three. It felt like even less than in the 70's and 80's ToHO movies and yes, I've seen those. The other main positive for me is that Godzilla was treated seriously and not as camp. At least Edwards attempted to ground the MUTOs on a real and contemporary Earth and that creates suspense and drama. I think that Watanabe was great and that Monarch's presence was established. I understand too that it was the first step in at least a trilogy so all in all a decent start to that effort.
I was a kid in the 70's. Cold winters in upstate NY. Grew up on the edge of a big swamp and woods where it seemed to a kid that Rodan, Mothra, Ghidora and the King of them all Godzilla could be battling. A local UHF channel used to broadcast Universal Horror, 50's Sci-Fi and Godzilla movies and I instantly fell in love with the Big Guy. Massive, awe-inspiring, powerful, courageous, relentless and fascinating Godzilla was better than Luke Skywalker, Evel Knievel and King Kong combined. He was the mightiest being the Earth has ever produced and he never shirked from a challenge or a struggle. Once I got my hands on some vhs movies and could watch them over and over again I was happily doomed and always will be. Looking forward to hanging out with all of you. Godzilla!!!!
Yes I hope we could be seeing a trailer or two soon. Hmmmm, I wonder what the odds would be in Vegas...Now that would be something huh? lol
