I was just pointing a misconception, a lot of people think all reptiles are related to lizards. Not knowing that reptiles groups are far more complex than one realizes. So far to science there are only extant two reptile groups, Archosaurs (Birds and Crocodilians[Alligators, Crocodiles, Caimans, and Gharials]) and Lepidosaurs (Snakes, Lizards, and Tuatara). Turtles on the other hand, scientist are still debating which group do they belong to but I'm leaning towards archosaur since fossil evidence and genetic evidence sports this hypothesis.
Hey here is an idea, why don't we ignore macumbalove, pretend he doesn't exist from this point on?

I'm a true Godzilla fan, Have been since age 4. While I love Kong too, I'm team G all the way. I say the MV is dead after GvsK because I just don't see the interest. G'14 and K:SI did just ok and KOTM bombed; That's why I say what I say.

Dilophosaurus is a dinosaur and therefor an Archosaur
Snakes are squamata and therefor a Lepidosaur

That sounds like a cool kaiju, but it sounds like a way to give Titanus Quetzalcoatl a shorter and easier-to-pronounce name (just like with the Skullcrawlers or any of the other Titans in KOTM).

I and other mods don't have the privilege to ban users or delete posts. Chapter 26: Turning Point
G-FORCE Battleroom, Tokyo, Japan, July 25th, 2016.
The alarms blared as a new Daikaiju was detected off the coast of Japan. !CODE RED! KAIJU-TYPE: F. Heat Ray Trucks are immediately sent to the coastline to deal with this kaiju, when the trucks arrived they spot many beached fishing trawlers; their crew covered in radioactive burns. A long tail bursts from the water surface as its probes around before splashing back in the water.
Destroyers type ships are deployed to the area, they soon drop depth charges into the water; hoping to destroy the creature before it makes landfall. "I think we killed it!" said one of the seamen. Suddenly the destroyed was hit by something big, a giant salamander-like head bursts from the surface and lands its googly eyed head on the deck of the ship; the creature attempts to climb on the ship causing the warship to sink beneath the ocean water.
!CODE RED! KAIJU-TYPE: D; the kaiju alarm blares. The creature crawls on to the beach with its fat stubby legs, it was colored a tannish yellow, it had two large lidless eyes almost embryonic in appearance. It sported maple-leaf like spikes down its neck, back, and tail. It also sport a set of gills down its long neck.
"Fuyutsuki-san, look at its spines!" Dr. Honda pointed at the viewscreen.
"No it can't be!" Dr. Kasukabe shouted in disbelief.
"Lets not jump to any conclusions,"
G-FORCE Tanks, Attack Helicopters, Heat Ray Trucks, Armored Cars, Bombers, and Fighter Jets soon engage the creature terrorizing Kamata district. The tanks fire into the creature's gills, the beast floods the streets with blood. The Heat Wave Trucks fires its beams into the creature, scaring the beasts skin with burns. The creature roars defiantly as it stands on its hind legs, its vestigial fins start to developed into tiny arms as it grabs a hold of a G-Energy Silo. It uses its maze-like teeth to saw into the tower, it feeds on all the collected G-Energy. Its yellow skins begins to turn red as it pumps more blood into its epidermis as the G-Energy renews its cells.
The Heat Wave Trucks continue firing its beams at the creature, the military aircraft keeps its distance from the creature. The creature's spine aligns into place as it now stands upright, the creature snarls at the attack helicopters, bombers, and jet fighters. The creature returns to the water as steam begins to radiate from its spines.
"Hey where does it think its going?" says Keisuke Honda
"Tempatures are rising inside the Kaiju, its overheating!" Dr. Yui Honda added.
!CODE RED! KAIJU-TYPE: C, the alarms blared.
"Is it evolving?" Dr. Kasukabe asked.
"Evolution doesn't work that way, no this is something completely different. Metamorphosis, its changing like a butterfly" Dr. Honda corrected.
"Launch Mechagodzilla Unit 03, If this thing is undergoing a metamorphosis as you say it is than we must expect the unexpected"

The red skinned kaiju raises out of the water now covered in charcoal textured skin, its grown taller than Legend. Its maple-leaf spines have grown more prominent, its gills and eyes shrank with its overall girth, its tail has developed a mouth-like structure at its apex, while its arms are short and vestigial. The betrayer of gods, The Sunderer of Atlantis, SHIN GODZILLA.
!CODE RED! KAIJU-TYPE: S, the alarms blared. "S Rank! Shin Gojira...." Dr. Honda stared in awe and fear of the beast.
The Heat Ray Trucks fire their beam cannons at Shin Godzilla. Tanks fire sabot rounds as the armored cars fire their M16s at the titanic beast. Helicopters, Jets, and Bombers swoop in to drop their payloads into the monstrous titan. Shin Godzilla lowered its head as the bombs, missiles, sabot rounds, m16 bullets, heat rays, and napalm attacks its flesh. It opens its mouth as it exhales a thick black smoke on the G-FORCE technicals. The smoke begins to heat up as it ignites; burning all those who were covered in it. The fires slowly burns from a fiery red to a purple laser beam, its spines glow a bright purple from the apex of its nape down to the tip of its tail.
Godzilla fires the same beam from its tail mouth at the aircrafts buzzing overhead, several aircraft managed to dodge its tail beam. Beams fire forth from its maple-leaf spines, destroying any remaining aircraft in the sky. Shin Godzilla snaps its jaws close before raising its malformed head to bellow out a roar, GYAOOOOOOOOOON! Shin Godzilla approaches another G-Energy storage tower, fires its atomic beam to cut open the cylindrical tower; spilling out the stored G-energy. Shin Godzilla approaches the tower then whips its tail around to suck the tower of its contents with its mouth tail. Its spines begin to glow purple as it feeds.
Mechagodzilla Unit 03 arrives to begin its assault. Mechagodzilla aims its twin shoulder canons at Shin Godzilla's head. Shinji and Megumi both pull their command unit's trigger to fire. The cannons scream to life as it discharges a powerful beam into the back of Shin Godzilla's skull. "We did it!" Shinji boasted.
Shin Godzilla head begins to reconstruct itself, stem cells rapidly swarm over the damaged areas and soon rebuild Shin Godzilla entire head from scratch. Shin Godzilla turns its head completely around to fire its atomic beam at Unit 03. Unit 03's particle shield absorbs some of the initial beams impact but soon falter as the beam intensifies. Mechagodzilla barely at time to dodge before it looses its right arm to the beam, Shin Godzilla snarls as it continues to feed on the G-Energy.
"Sir incoming Kaiju, Type: S. Its...Battra!" Saya reports.
The giant spiky caterpillar bursts from the water, screeching. Soaring above it was Mothra Leo in his fast form. Mechagodzilla struggled to its feet, its head turned towards Shin Godzilla. "How the hell are we going to beat that thing!" Shinji cursed.
"Its a Super Godzilla!" Megumi cries.
"No use crying about it, we gotta do something!" Shinji snaps.
"Sure, I'll get right on it, JERK!" Megumi retorts as she focuses helping Shinji moving the Mechagodzilla.

Shin Godzilla releases his tail from the now empty G-Energy tower. Its movements began to slow down as G-FORCE UAVs are sent in to carpet bomb Shin Godzilla. Shin Godzilla's skin bursts open as copious amounts of blood spilled into the streets, the UAVs continue their attack, slowly directing Shin Godzilla on to a major bullet train track. Two bullet trains rigid with explosives are sent into Shin Godzilla's legs, both trains denote but fail to stop the deformed titan from reaching the third G-ENERGY Storage Tower. Shin Godzilla opens its jaws, a purple light emits from it as its lower jaw splits in two. It fires its death beam into the tower, and again soaks up the G-Energy with its tail.
GYAOOOOOOON!!!! Another Godzilla roar could be heard across Tokyo. Minilla, son of Showa rises out of the water. He charges across Tokyo with a single purpose, to fight Shin Godzilla. The smaller Godzilla charges up his spines as he exhales his vaporous atomic breathe on Shin Godzilla's leg. Shin Godzilla kicks the smaller godzilla into a mall, Shin Godzilla snarls as it reaches down to bite into the smaller godzilla's spines.
Mothra Leo transforms into his armored form as he fires his prism antennae beam into Shin Godzilla's gills. Shin Godzilla releases Minilla from his jaws as he tries to snap at Leo's wings. Shin Godzilla's movements were getting slower despite the G-Energy it has collected. Shin Godzilla slowly retracts its tail from the now empty storage tower. Shin Godzilla fires its atomic beams out of its spines as a last act of defiance before its tail lowers itself on the ground. Shin Godzilla's eyes began to roll in the back of its head as it draws its final breath.
Its mouth tail then gasps before splitting open, small fleshy pods were growing out of the exposed tail bones. Mothra Leo hovers above Shin Godzilla's lumbering body as Battra was approaching fast, Leo chirps at Battra and he chirps back. Minilla curiously approaches the body of Shin Godzilla, Shin Godzilla snorted. Minilla snorts back at the seemingly dead Godzilla,
Shin Godzilla's chest starts to heave, was it still alive? G-FORCE technicals approach the "carcass", they watched as Shin Godzilla's body starts moving erratically despite being dead. The small fleshy pods start to move, the fleshy capsule soon slide off their bodies as they took their first breath. Baby Shin Godzillas? No they weren't its children, they were it! Shin Godzilla's mouth is forcibly open as human sized Godzillamen come bursting out screeching.
Chapter 25: SpaceGodzilla's counterattack
Sydney, Australia. January 2nd, 2015
SpaceGodzilla looked up on the Australian capital, helicopters buzz around his mighty form. SpaceGodzilla sneers at the helicopters presence, energy particles began being collected from the air into SpaceGodzilla's lone crystal horn. SpaceGodzilla roars in annoyance, the collected energy fires forth from the horn into the helicopters. The helicopters explode into balls of fire. SpaceGodzilla snarls at the wreckage before stomping its way closer to the capital city. Following it was another Gigan, it was armed with its chainsaw hammer claws. Following it was Hedorah, several fully grown Biollantes, Chameleon, a swarm of adolescent Dorats, a horde of Destroyah juveniles, Megaguirus and her swarm of Meganulons and Meganula entourage.
The Australian military responds to the approaching mock-titans, they send in their tanks, attack helicopters, jet-fighters, and APCs filled with troops. SpaceGodzilla shoots the attack helicopters out of the sky, he stomps on their tanks and swipes away their jet-fighters. He grabs the APCs, bites off the backs, then dumps the juicy human occupants into his jaws; before tossing the empty APCs away like an empty beer can. Another battalion of Australian military convoy sneaks up behind SpaceGodzilla only for Gigan to squish the second battalion of tanks with his hammer-claws; he cackles.
The Australian Jet Fighters swarm in to fire a barrage of missiles into Gigan, Hedorah fires a death beam into the swarm of Jets cutting the fighter's numbers by half. The Biollantes advanced forth, crushing any light or heavy vehicles dumb enough to stray in to their path. Chameleon turns completely invisible as he races past the Australian blockade, leaving behind only the sounds of his stomping feet and the squished remains of anyone unlucky enough to be standing in his way.
The older dorat swarms the jet fighters, climbing on to the jet's metallic wings. The dorats fire their gravity beams into the jet's cockpit, eviscerating the pilots inside. The Destroyah juveniles overrun the tanks and the APCs, leaving behind twisted metal and exposed skeletal remains of Australian soldiers. Megaguirus leads her children into the city, following close behind Hedorah, Gigan, and SpaceGodzilla.
Within a matter of hours, the capital city of Australia was reduced to ruins as smog polluted major population areas, leaving behind the rotting and decaying bodies of those who inhaled Hedorah's toxic miasma. Military Veichles lay devastated in the streets after Gigan hand his fun with them. The dorats hunted any remaining survivors that escaped Hedorah's miasma, while Megaguirus began to weave a nest between Sydney's many skyscrapers. Spacegodzilla roars victoriously as he begins to burrow himself a new lair.

"With all of South America going dark last month. The UN is currently correlating a response to the Titan threat, Japan's G-FORCE are continuing denying sightings of rogue mechagodzilla, which begs the question should the Japanese cancel their mechagodzilla program and follow the rest of the world in joining the Jaeger Program? Reports across Indonesia of sightings of giant preying mantis, many sightings of Battra were reported in the middle-east leaving behind devastation in its wake. Should Jaeger sponsor countries be using the Jaegers for homeland defense or should they be using the Jaegers in handling these monsters, more after the UN resolution at Five" the KOTM news reported signed off.
"Alright Agents, I have news from MONARCH HQ and Stark Industries" Agent Coulson announced.
"This should be good" Bobbie commented
"I am not going to lie, times are getting rough but the heads at MONARCH are proceeding to recruit our best agents to become Jaeger pilots" Agent Coulson added.
"Finally some action" Mack added.
"I had a feeling you would say that Mack, You and Agent Elena Rodriguez have been accepted" Coulson replied.
"Agent Rodriguez? Is she a new recruit?" Mack sounded unsure.
"Not at all, she is a decorated MONARCH agent from the former South American Branch. She'll be here later this afternoon. Hunter and Bobbie, you have been accepted. Daisy, you and Agent Lincoln Campbell have been accepted" Coulson read off the list.
"Agent Lincoln Campbell? Who is that?" Daisy asked.
"That'll be me" A blonde hair young man raised his hand, Daisy's eyes widen.
"You!" she points at the man, "You work for Marvel Genetics! Coulson, what is MONARCH thinking by recruiting him!"
"Hey I was just brought on to monitor your vitals, I am an ordinary medical doctor. I was taken there against my will, same as you" Lincoln he raised his hands up defensively.
"Daisy, relax. You can do an extensive background check on him if it makes you feel comfortable" Coulson tries to diffuse the situation. Daisy smirks as she glances at Coulson.
"Okay, let's do that" Daisy's smirk turns to a joyful grin.
"I am sorry about Agent Johnson, she gets a little... carried away" Coulson apologizes.
"Nah, its alright. I like her, she's the kind of girl that gets your plumping" Lincoln replies.
"Well I hope so, you start Jaeger training tomorrow" Coulson pats Lincoln on the back.

Jaeger Training Facility, Kawaii island, Hawaii. The following day
Daisy and Lincoln exchange hits from their training sticks, Lincoln trips on his feet as he stumbles on to Daisy. Daisy's eyes widen as her partner falls on top of her. They both fall on to the padded floor, "Hey sorry about tha..." his face was very close to hers, both of their hearts were pounding a mile a minute before the door buzzed. "Hey how long you two lovebirds are just going to stand there?" Agent Hunter asks as he and his partner Bobbie walked in to the training room.
Lincoln and Daisy glanced at their fellow agents before glance back to each other, their eyes widen as they quickly sat up face away from each other blushing. "Its not what it looks likes, I still don't trust him" Daisy retorts.
"Sure it isn't and sure ya don't" Hunter retorts sarcastically, his partner Bobbie just smiles.

Jaeger Training Facility, Kawaii island, Hawaii. April 22nd, 2015.
Daisy and Lincoln were sparing again, they both lock their training sticks together as they push against each other. "Give up?" Daisy grins.
"You wish" Lincoln retorts as he and Daisy struggle to gain the upper hand. Daisy attempts to kick Lincoln where it hurts but he dodges it. "Ha, that is not going to work a second time!" Daisy then frees her stick as she swats Lincoln across the chest with it, knocking him down. "Awww shit" he retorts.
The door buzzes again, Coulson walks in, "You two have been improving, Stark wants all available Jaeger pilots to Hangar One. Daisy and Lincoln look at each other before proceeding to Hangar One.
"Alright, listen up. Tonight, all trainees here have graduated. I remember when my father bought me my first car, it was 68 chevy. Love that car and now like my father before me, am I going to give you your first car... Instead of being cars, their Jaegers" Tony Stark clicks the remote as back lights suddenly turn on to illuminate the Jaegers sitting off in the background, waiting to be piloted.
"Daisy Johnson and Lincoln Campbell, you both are to be assigned to the Quake Danger. Lance Hunter and Bobbie Morse, you both are to be assigned to the Salty Rose. Alphonso MacKenzie and Elena Rodriguez, you both have been assigned to the Yo-Yo Champ"
"Finally, we can kick some titan ass" Elena and Mack commented in unison. They both looked at each other and smile.
"Agent Coulson, may you take the reigns" Tony Stark leaves the stage.
"Alright, now I may disagree with what Mr. Stark has done here but the world is at stake. Several rogue Titans have been causing one disaster after the next, It has become apparently clear that we can't always rely on Godzilla to protect us; he is still recovering after his fight against G-FORCE's Rogue Mechagodzilla. While it is also true that Mothra has sacrificed herself to save Tokyo from Man's Hubris, we need to be more careful. The Jaegers need to be not only used to protect mankind, never to be used against it, and hopefully we'll never have to use them against the benevolent titans" Coulson finishes.

The Smog Monster/Megalon release by DigitalTech caught my eye. For a time the Megalon dub was considered public domain, so I understand that, but was Smog Monster at any point considered that?
