I think his top speed would be 40-50 mph, because we never really see him run too much before the nuke. Perhaps he was too heavy to run faster? Especially if his top speed in the water, his main element, is 67 mph, then I don't think he'd run much faster than 50 mph.
By the way, speaking of admins and moderators, I am actually surprised G. H. (Gman) or Chris hasn't answered. Has anyone seen them?

I haven't looked at any of the mentioned VS discussions but in terms of being OP I would think being OP would make his use less often since there would be less interesting or compelling discussion around fights if he's a heavy acknowledged favorite.
