Rather than having a quick transformation like in Final Wars, Monster X could slowly mutate and evolve throughout the movie slowly becoming more Ghidorah-like each time he appears.

Another potential way to bring back Ghidorah could be if they introduce an alien race. The aliens manage to get there hands on titan DNA (including Ghidorah's), they then create a new monster using that DNA. The new titan turns out to be Monster X, however the Ghidorah DNA begins to take over and slowly mutates Monster X, causing his transformation into Keizer Ghidorah.

My main concern would be if they can properly do the effects for the titans on a lower budget. The upcoming Skull Island series has the advantage of being fully animated, however if they did do a Monarch HBO Max series it would probably be live action, meaning that they would have to spend a lot in order to make the effects look convincing. The titans would be the main attraction of the show, so they would have look good, otherwise the series wouldn't be successful.

As much as this is disappointing for KOTM, it is great news for the MV as a whole.

I understand why they removed that, Kong didn't deserve that much abuse. Even the scene of Godzilla shredding Kong's chest was honestly hard to watch.

Were to begin with Godzilla villians.

1. Keizer Ghidorah/Monster X

Reason: Fuckers is an absolute beast as Monster X and almost unstoppable as Keizer Ghidorah. Also he almost managed to kill Godzilla.

2. Destoroyah

Reason: Like what Kamoebas said, he is the consquence of killing off Godzilla with the Oxygen Destoyer and he killed Godzilla's son Godzilla Jr. Also he is basically Toho's version of a freaking Xenomorph.

3. MonsterVerse King Ghidorah/MechaGodzilla

Reason: Set up as his archenemy and rival, comes back as MechaGodzilla to avenge himself and is absolutely pissed off. Like Kezier, he almost managed to kill Godzilla.

4. Showa Gigan

Reason: Made Godzilla bleed, although Gigan's final war design is a lot cooler.

5. Showa Mechagodzilla

Reason: He tried to frame Godzilla and was basically a Terminator before Terminator!

I haven't finished my list but yeah maybe in a few more years when Millie Bobby Brown is all grown up she could be on this list

I really would like more, like, even comics or novelizations. There's so much that could be done that they didn't even touch on in GvK.

Godzilla certainly took a good beating in this film but I have to feel bad for Kong as well, he was clearly the underdog and had the odds stacked against him pretty heavily. Godzilla is the big bad guy on the block and I actually preferred Godzilla taking a more antagonistic role this time around. I'll always be more a Godzilla fan but I'll admit I was rooting for Kong by the end.

Millie Bobby Brown is a bit young for many of us here.

According to Deadline, it's made $96.4 million in profit. This might yo-yo a bit if WB decides to keep it in theaters longer (which is likely), but it'll be worth it in the long run.
