Godzilla VS SpaceGodzilla and Godzilla VS Destoroyah

Both I revered as the greatest Godzilla movies... When I was 7. 10 years later, I can't even sit through GvSG without fastforwarding, but GvD I can.

Personally, GvSG is a horrid movie. An interesting topic, horrendous execution.
GvD is overrated, but that won't change that it is my favorite movie, with my favorite kaiju.

Well, that is, until I saw the MUTO. *pushes Destoroyah aside*

@GTBETTA35. I made another topic about the contest a week ago and no one else said they entered a video, so I assumed I was the only one. Also, why wouldn't I leave a link to my own video? 2 MUTO, a Godzilla and a skeleton.

I believe that the Winged MUTO [Hokmuto?] is the minor threat to Godzilla, but the most persistent, seeing all the different confrontations between them.

The 8-Legged MUTO, as far as we've seen (or, rather, haven't seen), is the mysterious threat. This one, possibly female, is definitely going to surprise us all.

At least since the extended look trailer came out we all know, that the 8 legged and the winged MUTO are two different MUTOS and not one MUTO which transforms/gets wings, because there is the scene in the trailer where you see the military man and in the background the 2 monitors with MUTO 1 (8 legged) and MUTO 2 (winged) moving on the screens.

(I know most of you know that, but I wanted to summmarize the fact for everyone who thinks there is only 1 MUTO which gets wings later in the movie)

To be honest, I don't believe that there is another third MUTO , but maybe the 8 legged MUTO is the final enemy of Godzilla, because we haven't seen very much of it yet in the trailers, also the airport scene is with the winged one (I always thought that's the 8 legged until I saw the wondercon footage).

Maybe the 8 legged MUTO will have a surprise for us in the final fight or later in the movie :-)

But there won't be more than 2.

And a Godzilla vs Godzilla would completely destroy the whole movie / story... There is only one GOD(zilla) :D

I usually go to UEC Theatres, but, sadly, the one in my local area isn't playing Godzilla, as far as I have seen, and so, I must go to AMC in the neighbor city.

What type of arrogance do you have to have in order for you to post a link to your video fishing for votes when you know others from this site also posted videos?

Taking place a few years after the initial attacks, the kaiju will have been quarantined, and aggression levels are high. Very. High.

Kage432, That made no sense. Though the concept of Godzilla vs Godzilla does sound like a good idea for a movie.

Devianteist, I also do that. I sometimes move my arms like Godzilla and walk like Godzilla while watching a Godzilla movie. I sometimes open my mouth when he roars or uses his Atomic Breath. And you're right. There is someone out their for all of us. I just wish I could find that one person.

I'm in the contest as well but, I hope somebody from this site wins. :)

For once I am actually intrigued by a MUTO theory. Even mine was pretty bland.

Stingers. Hm. What would their function be? To siphon energy from Godzilla?

Most people who've seen the trailers and all think it was just a few lower-yield nukes thrown at Godzilla, but with what you've covered here, Weaver, over 4 dozen? That's insane! If that turns out to partially be the case, I'm surprised Godzilla is as small as he is from all those delicious nukes!

Odd topic, if I must say, but yes. My current significant other is actually quite enthralled by Godzilla.

Whenever she sees his movies she moves her arms as if she's walking like him as well. It is pretty bizarre, both of us being 17, and yet we act like kindergarteners who are obsessed with dinosaurs.

Biollante almost was the movie my opinion changed about the most. Godzilla vs Destroyah is still my favorite movie, but that's due to nostalgia and personal taste. I will admit the Godzilla vs Biollante is a better film in general, and easily in the top 3 in the whole franchise. The reason it didn't make my number 1 was because I always enjoyed the movie, and while it has only gotten better and better everytime I watch it, it's not as scattered as my opinion of Godzilla vs Gigan which ranges from the very best to dropping down to 1 of the weaker installments.

I have a feeling they were simply very desperate, and were convinced that the bombs did not work somehow (Bear in mind this was considered humanity's ultimate weapon back then, it's inconceivable for people to admit that it could be resisted). Perhaps they used tactics that kept being refined, like attempting to target a specific area of the body, calibrating new types of weapons, or using multiple of them at once, or maybe it was purely a scientific curiousity, to me that could be the reason why they tried over and over.

Okay, I'm 15 ans I'm going out with a girl called Leah. She tolerates it but she does come to the cinema to watch my movies an DVDs because she is just perfect so yes I am very happy with who I'm with and how that effects godzilla! haha

I seen the leaked footage, and the more clear gif.....Godzilla is back in a MAJOR SCARY way!

Premiere, I'm very comfortable with it although I only know how to cut and fade sound/video. It's a great tool for begginers.

@THE WEAVER - Took them long enough. Throwing nukes at Godzilla is not something that should have gone on for long. Did I ever tell you the definition of insanity?

@JULIEN BARRESI - Sounds legit. I'd pay money to see that.

I think it would be interesting if the governments of the world cordoned off a section of islands, (maybe the phillipines), and put monsters there. That could create an interesting scenario where people are forced out of their land and they might even fight back. I would say several islands would be needed because these creatures are huge.

Well **AL**, All I can say to that is, "I dare do all that may become a man;. Who dares do more is none." But in cases of virus, not all that worried, I have several friends who are exceptional computer programers and hackers. I'm just more worried about the catfishing than anything

@SOMETHING REAL - You are not alone in that lol. I was maybe seven or eight when I saw it, maybe older? I remember watching it during some halloween special on t.v. Were you a youngling as well when you teared up after your first viewing of the movie? I was leaking something fierce lol.

@SOMETHING REAL - Come to think of it, didn't destroyah have a extra mouth in one of his starter forms that he used to poke Jr's belly with? I remember he filled Jr up with the juicy oxygen goodness too lol. Too bad it didn't save him from getting blasted by Jr's practice beam though :]

Im pretty sure every movie has a midnight release to it, so one day early from the actual release date it is.  So May 15th is the midnight show of Godzilla

Plot twist, the second Muto turns out to be Godzilla o.0. And Godzilla has to battle Godzilla in order to defend himself from himself? Baby?? What stinks of Final Fantasy writting in here?
