If Godzilla was fully powered up, would he have been able to beat MechaGodzilla

Probably, Mechagodzilla was only at a 40% power proton scream when he cut that skull crawler in half, but he had to use full power to overpower Godzilla in Godzilla vs. Kong, but Godzilla was not even at full power and it still took mechagodzilla full power to take him down, so imagine what he could have done if he was at full power. I probably could have defeated him.
