How Would I Change Godzilla: King of The Monsters (2019)?

But looking back on my GVK rewrite, I've decided to give this movie the overhaul that I think would've elevated this movie and make it a truly great experience. So...comment below on your thoughts, and here it is:
Godzilla: King of The Monsters (2019) - 2hrs and 35mins
So, I think the story should open the same way it did. But have it be extended to actually show the Russell family having a normal day before all the G'14 stuff went down. And then with that, cut to 2019. I actually think the first 20 minutes could actually stay in the movie. But after the Mothra escape, I'd completely overhaul the movie. So, after the scene where MONARCH and Ishiro Seriwaza recruit Mark, he tells what happened after Andrew died and we get these small flashbacks (because show, don't tell). So Alan Jonah and his terrorists are also around for Antarctica. Also, I would have Madison Russell have a larger role as well as Emma. Have them be the de-facto protagonists instead of Mark, as he's kinda boring. So, we find out much earlier that Emma staged the capture with Alan in order to get their help to awaken Ghidorah as we'll find out that Emma tried to get MONARCH to awaken Ghidorah, but they said no. So she banded with Jonah to do that, believing that they'll restore the natural balance of Earth. Ishiro believes that Godzilla is the balance and that Emma's plans could doom the world. I also would want to extend Ghidorah and Godzilla's first bout to truly show how they match up. Then, keep most of the Rodan stuff. But, I would make it a plot twist that Jonah would change the plans and release Rodan in order to lure both Godzilla and Ghidorah to try and bring down the former. So, that happens and Madison finds out that Alan and Emma planned Ghidorah's release. So she tries to warn MONARCH's bases but fails. Also, I would scrap the whole Oxygen Destroyer bit. I'd instead opt for Ghidorah using Godzilla's own atomic breath against him by making a lightning shield. So, I think the jumpstarting Godzilla with a nuke could still work. Anyhow, Madison takes off to Boston with her own plans. But I'd develop Emma in a way where her redemption could actually feel genuine as I'd make it so that she pushed almost everyone she cared about away in order to pursue the Titans, and that she and Mark separated because of Emma's obsession with Titans and Madison has realized with Ghidorah's release that Emma has been wrong the whole time. So, we'd actually see some of the destruction of the Titans returning and Madison would use the ORCA to broadcast through signals bringing all the Titans to Boston. But as Godzilla is drawn to Ghidorah's presence and Ghidorah has it out for that device, they show up first. Mothra and Rodan's fight would be extended and mostly be coastal as I would make it so that Mothra tries to stop Rodan from assisting Ghidorah. I'd also have Emma realize she was wrong about everything, thus completing what could be at least a tangible redemption arc. This would allow her sacrifice to be more meaningful. And instead of Godzilla getting beaten again, Mothra's sacrifice is her weakening Ghidorah with an atomic breath assist from Godzilla, and the Titan's energy would charge up Godzilla enough to do the whole burning thing. And the ending would mostly stay the same, with the post-credits scenes being two this time. The first is the Ghidorah head, and the second would be a Godzilla Vs. Kong setup with Ren Seriwaza.
I honestly think that I kinda did better with GVK...but let me know your thoughts!
