No but only Godzilla related is king of all monsters movie and Aftershocks and in that comic he said he was going to skull island

That wasn't Houston Brooks. You can find him in the prequel comic Kingdom Kong though.

I believe that was the latest Monarch Director played by Lance Riddick, not Brooks. Riddick originally had a bigger part in the film, but his scenes were cut.
