Interesting Godzilla Junior Concept Art

Based on the concept art, it seems that Toho's original idea was to have Junior's design be more agile and theropod like...
and then there's this design...
which has a uncanny resemblance to a certain Tristar monster...
It seems that Toho might have wanted to tease the idea of the 1998 American Godzilla at the end of their "Last" Godzilla movie, however they decided against it.
Interestingly enough, one of Godzilla Junior's concept designs looks similar to Richard Delgado's Godzilla design of Tristar's original scrapped Godzilla 1994 script.
