Scylla vs Rodan

The following is a concept for a conflict between Rodan and Scylla. This was very fun to write, so tell me if you'd like to see more.

The demolished remains of Las Vegas were lit aglow by  raging fire that spread for miles. there was no one to be seen. No one except the Monarch operatives who were too late t save everyone who the chaos had called victim. They looked right. They looked left. All there was was tragedy. 

They were brought out of their shocked daze by a rapid clicking. Deep chirps and whistles could be heard only a few hundred feet away. In the distance, there were deep thuds followed by columns of smoke and soot. the source of the sound revealed itself to them as it emerged from the storm of ash. It was a threat they knew all too well; Titanus Scylla. She moved forward until her squid-like face was only 30 feet away from them.

Scylla focused her bright, merciless eyes onto them. They knew that when a person stared at a titan, equal and more likely greater intelligence stared back. The Beast's tendrils began to rise and creep towards the Agents, who were paralyzed with fear. from miles above one of the agents saw a bright orange glow faintly growing brighter and brighter. It took him only seconds to realize what was about to happen. 

"GET DOWN!" He said. All of the agents dashed away, leaving there vehicle behind. Out of the clouds came an immense, burning mass, barreling toward Scylla. The entirety of the Agent's vision was blocked by fire and smog as he faded to black. But the chaos wasn't over. 

When the Smoke cleared, Scylla had regained her footing. Staring right back at her was a large bird with magma-like plates covering it's body. Its let out a low call, and spread out it's wings as a way of asserting it's dominance. It was Rodan.

Scylla had a gash on her torso from the impact Rodan made, but refused to submit despite her injuries. Rodan reared his head back, and let out a sonorous roar that broke any glass that hadn't shattered during the previous calamity. The two titans charged at each other, as Scylla headbutted Rodan and rapped her tentacles around his head in an attempt to stop his breathing. Rodan released a small explosion from his mouth, stunning Scylla and letting him free. Began to rise into the air, hovering just over Scylla before slamming down right in her face. 

The combat between the two ensued, shrouded partly by smoke and dust. but when it was over, Scylla keeled on to her side and collapsed. She let out a painful shriek as her glowing eyes began to dim. Rodan sunk his talons in to her torso and stood on top of the dying titan as the victor. He spread out his wings and let out another valiant roar, creating a wave of fire around him.
