One of my all time favorite Monsters from Godzilla lore and one of the most underrated Monsters in the Toho roster, in my opinion.

Biollante is a unique Monster, she blends the DNA of Godzilla, a Human and a Rose All together... At first glance Biollante is just a freak science experiment gone wrong, but looking deeper at her existence it represents the blending of God(zilla), Man and Earth. I always looked at Biollante as being a great example of the dangers of gene manipulation and a reflection of mankind's ravaging of the natural world.

Given this unique history I think Biollante would make a great addition to the Monsterverse if Legendary and Warner Brothers are able to secure rights to produce more Godzilla films in the future.

Honest Opinion, I don’t agree with your looking deeper, because plants, even in mythology, are not always representations of earth. More commonly, dragons and snakes and fish are representations of earth. But I like the idea.

My opinion of Biollante. I would be inclined to agree with your statement about monsterverse, as I does seem like it would fit well into it. The monster does feel a bit like Audrey 2 from Little Shop of Horrors, mainly the appearance, and the fact that they both seem to have a correlation to a female character in the film. Audrey 2 is named after Audrey, and Biollante is also part of the scientists daughter in GvB.

My main opinion is that Biollante is hard to spell

i have not seen godzilla vs biollante. but i LOVED biollantes

apperances in over non-film media such as her 5-page appearence in rulers of earth or her showing up in the random house novel ¨godzilla at worlds end¨. Shes also my favorite kaju from the heisei era.
