Interesting.... I honestly don't have as much knowledge of the MCU other than what the movies give us, but I'd honestly have to dive deeper into the MCU to find out, since Phase 4 is rapidly approaching. Id have to say that Thanos might be able to take him on, but with his armor and infinity gauntlet on, since Im pretty sure Thanos' armor protects him from cosmic threats

The only MCU character that has somewhat of a random chance against any kaiju is Thanos but only with his infinity gauntlet and even then it might end up killing him.
